Do we need to modify our washing equipment?
No mechanical modification is required for an initial trial. HydroRocca is intended for use in conventional stonewashing equipment.
Can we keep our current stonewash recipe?
The operating workflow remains familiar, but dosage, time, water level and pretreatment should be tuned to the fabric and finish. Our technical team provides a starting protocol.
How long does HydroRocca last?
Internal and selected application data report a service-life advantage of more than 15 times versus conventional volcanic stone. Actual life depends on machine, load, recipe and acceptance criteria.
Does it reduce water use?
